Sharia QA Manager (West Java)

What You Will Do :

• Create a QA strategy and work plan to be implemented in accordance with area of ​​responsibility
• Ensuring schedule plans and implementation by Assurance QAO
• Coordinate and monitor (alignment) with the QAO on a regular basis.
• Ensure the QA reports submission are complete and punctual
• Have the ability to analyze processes and data on the results of assurance from QAO
• Make tracking reports and progress of assurance results from QAO
• Coordinate and communicate/ escalate potential fraud found from inspections to the QA Head and partner officials.

What You Need to Have:

• Min. Bachelor Degree in any major
• Min. 5 years experience in the financial industry, especially in the funding business
• Have Risk Management Certification at least level II
• Having knowledge about banking products and Basic credit
• Strong communication skills, leadership skills, and detail oriented
• Located in West Java
