About the Role :
Search and manage partners, responsible for developing and implementing partnership project plans
What You Will Do :
- Seek new partners and maintain daily communication and relationship with existing partners
- Creating Partnership Proposals, Process Flows, and Commercial Offers
- Maintain good relationships with non-strategic and strategic partners to create acquisition projects or other projects related to company needs
- Identify potential opportunities, create innovative strategies and implement projects with leaders
- Liaising with internal teams such as (CVM, business risk, compliance, legal, IT risk, operations and call center)
- Monitor the end-to-end business development process from idea to integration collaborating with cross-functional teams for product development to ensure a smooth process
What You Need to Have :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, Law, Communications or a related academic field
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in a partnership/business development role, preferably in the financial services industry
- Proven project management and negotiation skills
- Detailed and target oriented
- Have strong teamwork and communication skills
- High initiative and self-motivation
- Initiative player who is open to new challenges, well-versed and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Good negotiation skills
