About the role

We are looking for a SEO Specialist to join our team. You will play a key role in building our brand's relevance and organic authority in search engines on the web and marketplaces. You will identify needs and new opportunities to grow our brands and increase their performance.

For this role, we expect you to be the technical and strategic authority for SEO optimization, supporting the content and technology teams in a proactive and purposeful way, owning the mission of increasing our organic traffic both on the website and in the marketplaces in which we operate , in addition to monitoring the performance of our platforms in relation to SEO best practices.

If you're a lover of continuous testing and learning, who has innovative ideas to improve customer experience, we would like to meet you. For this position, you should be innovative based on data, hands on and collaborative work.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement the strategy (on-page and off-page) of organic traffic in our own websites and marketplaces where we operate, in addition to being responsible for the financial results of SEO
  • Conduct SEO audits and diagnostics (crawling, indexing and performance) and guide technology teams and other stakeholders towards adjustments and improvements;
  • Plan and execute a content strategy
  • Manage relationships with partner agencies.
  • Validate structural changes to the our websites, ensuring good SEO performance
  • Create reports with KPIs and financial results of SEO, in addition to consolidating routine monitoring of indicators and presentation of results;
  • Competitors performance analysis
  • Monitor and implement the main trends, best practices and innovations related to SEO.

 

We are looking for someone who has: 

  • Extensive knowledge of SEO best practices and tools
  • Knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page and On-site optimization
  • Operational knowledge of the main SEO tools: Google Analytics, SEMRush, Google Search Console
  • Have 3+ years of experience in managing SEO operations
