The Role
As an SEO Specialist at Donorbox, you will be optimizing blogs and landing pages for search engines, performing ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities and performing On-Page and technical audits of various sections of our website to find SEO-related improvement opportunities, researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success, reviewing and auditing content and link opportunities for link acquisitions purpose and collaborate with our SEO Outreach team, etc.
You will also collaborate with our Senior SEO Specialist to research and test various new On-Page and Off-Page strategies, tools, etc. to acquire more organic traffic at our landing pages, blogs, and various other sections of the website.
Responsibilities
- Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, and identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in SEO and Organic Traffic Acquisition campaigns.
- Track, report, and analyze Google Search Console and Google Analytics on a weekly and monthly basis to keep track of fluctuations in SERP Ranking and traffic and take appropriate action.
- Optimize blogs and landing pages for Search engines.
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations from various sources.
- Research and analyze competitor links and build & execute the strategy to acquire them.
- Develop and implement the link-building strategy for Niche relevant link acquisitions.
- Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
- Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
Requirements
- Proven SEO experience of 3+ years.
- Good understanding of the role of SEO in overall traffic acquisitions, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
- In-depth experience with essential website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics) and Google Search Console, etc.
- Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Semrush, SurferSEO, etc, Pagespeed Insights, Snov.io, Buzzstream, etc).
- Working knowledge of WordPress and good experience with Essentials WordPress Plugins like Yoast SEO, RankMath, etc.
- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO.

- Salary: INR 60,000-75,000/month, depending on experience
