About the Role 

Senior Technology recruiter will have the opportunity to join and shape a fast-scaling global organization by developing a highly effective talent pipeline for positions in Technology group. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to multi-task and take ownership of the current talent acquisition  process from the get-go. You’re an extremely effective communicator, both written and verbal, and are energized by interacting with people, building relationships, and networking. These things come naturally to you and are what you crave in your working life. A keen sense of ownership, speedy execution, and scrappiness is a must. The candidate is equally comfortable as an individual contributor  as well as a leader who can drive the efforts of a team. 

What You Will Do 

  • Partnering with Hiring Managers to assess talent needs and provide expertise and guidance around hiring plan and strategy, driving the full end to end recruiting cycle.
  • Sourcing passive candidates through various sourcing channels and social media activities.
  • Use data to shape your hiring and sourcing strategy as well as prepare hiring reports for your hiring teams.
  • Focus on providing a Best in Class candidate experience at all the stages of candidate journey.
  • Working cross-functionally with different Talent Acquisition and People teams in your region and globally.

What You Should Have 

  • Bachelor's degree with superior academic performance. 
  • 7 years+ experience in end to end recruitment, talent sourcing and building diverse teams.
  • An insatiable appetite for recruiting through all available channels and the creativity to discover new ones. 
  • A strong desire to provide superior client-service to NewGlobe’s hiring managers. 
  • An unyielding drive to complete each search assignment in a timely efficient manner.  
  • We particularly value experience in extreme growth situations - prior experience within a fast paced, disruptor, metric driven consulting or educational organization is a bonus.
