The RealReal is looking for a kind and curious Senior iOS Software Engineer who enjoys solving challenging problems to join our Mobile Experience team. This team’s mission is to optimize the ease and enjoyment of the selling experience for both new and repeat consignors.

As a Senior iOS Software Engineer, you will strongly influence our technical direction and be an active, hands-on contributor to The RealReal’s flagship product. You can lead and contribute to significant initiatives and provide mentorship through code reviews, pairing, and feature development.

The expected salary range for this role is $142,127.00 - $179,305.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
