To reach our ambitious goals, we are looking for Senior Software Developer.
This position is perfect for you if you:

Collaborate in business process analysis with the customer and team for process design setup

Review process design blueprints and derive technical backlog items
- Implement process workflows, business logic, and user interfaces

Configure business rules engines and integrate with process flow
- Translate workflow steps into business process activities and nested processes

Consume existing or build new integration services as per workflow needs from internal and external systems

Improve performance, quality, and responsiveness of the implemented process workflow
- Work to identify bottlenecks and bugs, and provide solutions to these problems
- Have hands-on experience in implementing unit tests
- Show proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, and are knowledgeable of CI/CD in general
- Support timely delivery of technical solutions in line with estimations provided
- Prefer to work on agile software development projects with globally distributed teams
- Have good communication skills (spoken and written) with fluent English as essential
- Own a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, computer engineering, or a closely related field
- At least 5 years of experience in business process development
Technical skills and qualifications
- Are proficient in Java, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems
- Own a basic understanding of the class loading mechanism in Java
- Have skills in writing reusable Java libraries
- Are proficient in business process development and configuration preferably in the Software AG ARIS module
- Are is knowledgeable of other business process platforms like IBM, Oracle, PEGA, Activiti, Bizagi, Airflow
- Are familiar with any low or no-code business process tools like Appian, Mendix, Power Apps
- Are proficient in building, securing, and debugging RESTful and SOAP APIs
- Are familiar with build tools such as Ant, Maven, and Gradle
- Have experience with SQL and NoSQL databases concepts but also both external and embedded databases
- Have experience with any frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Spring, JPA, Hibernate) is a plus
- Are familiar with cloud computing principles
