About the Role
We are hiring a Senior SEO Analyst for Dezerv to lead the Organic Growth. This will be a great opportunity as he/she will be mentored & nurtured to grow to the next level. The role will be focused on acquiring users through search engines. The role will involve
- Optimizing web pages to rank the website higher
- Building strong and authoritative backlinks
- Doing competitive research and plugging in the gaps
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct keyword research and identify the quick wins and long-term wins
- Audit the website and recommend the technical and content fixes
- Optimize website content with proper keywords and headings
- Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects
- Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends
- Help the internal content team by providing appropriate keywords, traffic impact
- Build authoritative and qualitative backlinks
- Reach out to external webmasters for guest posting
- Regularly audit and remove toxic backlinks
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of work experience working in SEO with hands-on
- Proven track record of achieving targets in SEO
- Ability to own tasks end to end independently
- Well-versed in on-page, off-page & general understanding of technical SEO
- Exhibits eagerness to learn and keep themselves on top of the latest practices in the industry
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thought process
- Ability to work independently with hands-on
- Familiarity with one of the SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog)
