Senior SAP Technical Consultant - ABAP & UI5

Position Summary:

 

A Lead Technical Consultant – will represent Navisite in SAP projects as Lead Consultant. A Lead consultant should be able to communicate with excellent fluency in English (Written /Oral / Present). She or He should drive project deliverables in the customer project(s) and provide high quality deliverables in terms of system solution.

 

Responsibilities:

·         Lead customer engagement/assignment in the ABAP and UI5 area of SAP.

·         Able to communicate and establish trust with customer and functional consultants

·         Lead in providing best in class SAP solution for the customer requirement.

·         Integrate well with other SAP consultant in the project.

·         Is pro-active and is open to learn new SAP solution offerings.

 

Qualifications:

·         A degree in IT / Computer Science.

·         Candidate should have Over all 10 to 12 years of SAP ABAP.

·         Willing to work in any kind of SAP engagement (Implementation or Support or Rollout)

·         Should have done at least 3 end to end SAP Implementations.

 

Preferred Skills & Experience:

·         Candidate should between 10-12 years for SAP ABAP and UI5 Experience.

·         Candidate should have excellent communication skills in English (Speaking / Presentation /Written)

·         SAP S/4 HANA solutions and process knowledge in at least two (2) modules and/or business process areas. 

·         Experience of ABAP within S4 HANA 

·         Experience of OData  

·         Experience of CDS 

·         Experience of Forms Development

·         Understand BTP and integration protocols along with tools to test (Postman, Swagger, etc) 

·         Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. 

·         Excellent communication and execution skills. 

·         Ability to function independently with minimal direction. 

·         Track record of following through on commitments. 

·         Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. 

·         Project Management capabilities  

·         People Management 

·         Internal Conflict resolution 

·         Ability to translate business requirements into solutions. 

·         Ability to analyze and drive the resolution of issues. 

·         Ability to function independently with minimal direction. 

·         Ability to influence team members and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions. 

·         Understanding of Agile techniques, SAP Activate and other applicable software development standards and practices.  

·         Proficient in analyzing customer requirements. 

·         Would like to work on hands on.

·         Candidate must have direct client facing experience in requirement gathering, solution building, and presentation/solution demo in workshops.

·         Must have done technical specifications, Unit and -Integration testing and project relevant documentation.

·         Below experience or Skills are added advantage.

·         SAP UI5

·         Experience on HANA Modeling (XSOData, HANA XSJS, HANA XSA )

·         Experience using web frameworks like  jQuery, etc.

·         Knowledge of performance, cross-browser issues, and strategies for designing compatible UI
