Your impact 

Join Correlation One’s emerging People Operations team as a Senior Recruiter. In this role you will focus on full cycle recruitment, developing strategic and creative sourcing strategies, own the full candidate experience, and provide business partnership to hiring teams across our organizations - Product, Engineering and Operations.

Our ideal hire will have experience in both leadership and technical recruitment - specifically in engineering, product and data, be a strong communicator and relationship builder and be hungry to help build a new organization at a fast-growing scale-up with a strong social impact. We are a small team, so we’re looking for a ‘no task is too small’ mentality - our hire needs to be comfortable with everything from scheduling interviews to negotiating executive offers.

A day in the life 

  • Own the full cycle recruitment - from intake to offer - for all level positions across all departments
  • Collaborate with leadership to define overall recruiting strategy
  • Build strong relationships and rapport with hiring teams with the ability to influence, provide guidance and mentorship for emerging teams
  • Provide stellar candidate experience and high-level communications
  • Advise on hiring best practices across the organization
  • Develop creative and aggressive sourcing strategies 
  • Support the development of internal recruitment strategies, trainings and processes 
  • Offer project support to relevant People Ops and Recruitment focused initiatives 

Your expertise 

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience 
  • Experience recruiting technical roles in Engineering, Product and Data
  • BA Degree preferred
  • You are seen as a trusted business partner and advisor to your hiring organizations
  • Proven track record of success recruiting at various levels and across many departments
  • High degree of attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong communication ability and strong relationship building skills
  • High degree of self-motivation, with the ability to set, work towards and meet targets
  • Proven experience of demonstrating resilience and ownership of your role

Where you are

  • This role is remote and can be located anywhere that is compatible with the EST time zone. We are headquartered in New York City and have office space in Midtown Manhattan.

The compensation range for this position is specific to location and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. These factors include (but are not limited to) location, experience, education and skill sets. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $100,000 - 130,000. Please note that the shared range is specific to the United States. The range only reflects the base salary and does not reflect bonus, equity or benefits.
