3Pillar Global is searching for a Senior Python Developer. You will add skills and years of experience to an already established team of talented consultants that all work towards the same goal of meeting our client’s needs. You should maintain a high awareness of industry issues and trends, particularly in regard to accessibility, usability, and emerging technologies, and keep team members informed as appropriate with a view to incorporating these in future projects and staying ahead of the market.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Backend development (Python + Django);
- Frontend development (HTML + CSS + Vanilla JS + JQuery);
- Developing new services/microservices;
- Monitoring various services (performance, security, incident reporting, responding to incidents);
- Library development;
- Data analysis;
- Writing unit / integration tests;
- Offering technical support to other teams;

Must have: Strong Core Python skills; Understanding of OAuth2 and/or OpenID Connect basic concepts; Working knowledge of HTML+CSS and JS (Vanilla JS, JQuery); Working experience with Git, Github Actions, Bitbucket, Jenkins; Working experience with Django, HTTP concepts, requests library + Django testing; Working experience using Docker + containers; Good MySQL and PostgreSQL abilities;

Nice to have: Prior interaction with AWS EC2, Parameter Store, CloudWatch, S3, RDS, SQS, CloudFront; Prior experience with OpenID Connect integration; Prior experience with Sign in with Google / Facebook / Apple integration; Working experience using Jenkins; Past experience using Pandas, Jupyter for analysis data sets; Prior experience using Django celery; Prior interaction using Sentry and New Relic; Prior experience using Django REST framework;
