About the role:
The Samsara Product Marketing team is looking for an experienced product marketer to drive go-to-market strategies and customer adoption for two of Samsara’s emerging channels: Webstore and Public Sector. Samsara Webstore is an e-commerce offering that helps customers buy Samara hardware and licenses.
Samsara Webstore is a global strategic initiative to expand Samsara products across the US, Mexico, and EMEA. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end Go-To-Market strategy and ongoing marketing campaigns for Webstore. This Senior Product Marketing Manager will work closely with the product, growth, design, and sales teams to build a world-class self-serve purchase experience, promotion, and product recommendation engine for users across various industries and sizes. Additionally, this person will be responsible for delivering best-in-class campaigns, sales enablement programs, and growth initiatives for the Samsara Webstore.
This person will also use their customer adoption and marketing program skills to directly impact and grow one of Samsara’s most important industries, the Public Sector, by owning and supporting post sale programs and campaigns to increase customer stickiness and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities for Samsara.
For both the Webstore and Public Sector, you’ll partner closely with our Customer Lifecycle and Loyalty teams and various other cross functional organizations to impact Samsara’s long-term growth goals.This role is for you if you pride yourself on your creative problem-solving skills, draw conclusions using a data-driven approach, can execute quickly to support a fast-growing market, enjoy working with various teams and leaders, and are excited to learn new skills.
