We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who is passionate about creating outstanding customer experiences to drive growth for Lemonade Car Company.
As a growth-focused PM you will be in charge of leading and executing initiatives to improve user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. In your day-to-day you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to work on new projects as well as identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement, leveraging user data and user feedback to iterate and enhance the product experience.
In this role you'll
- Own product growth in the Lemonade Car company, leading all growth initiatives large and small while providing real value for customers
- Promote product growth by defining, developing, and implementing product strategies, roadmaps, and features
- Conduct user research and dive deep into our customers' needs and behavior to uncover pain points and opportunities for improvement
- Use data and customer feedback to iterate and innovate the product
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of growth initiatives and make data-driven decisions to optimize them
- Collaborate closely with our talented cross-functional teams—including Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing—to drive product growth
What you’ll need
- 4+ years of experience working as a product manager in a startup environment
- Experience with A/B testing, user research, and other growth-focused methodologies
- A willingness to fearlessly question assumptions and challenge the status quo, and a genuine curiosity for experimenting and measuring impact
- Ability to deliver a project end-to-end, from concept to the finish line
- Superior attention to details (while keeping an eye on the big picture) and an enthusiasm for delighting users
- Exceptional analytical skills and experience harnessing data to inform decisions
- Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to clearly and effectively present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Ability to work in an office environment
