WHAT YOU'LL DO

The Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for developing the strategy and execution of reseller marketing initiatives that leverage Braze’s global/regional marketing strategies and tactics to drive awareness and pipeline of Braze in reseller markets within APAC. The lead will create scalable partner marketing materials for resellers/partners to use in combination with their marketing efforts, and conceive of ad hoc programs that will maximize acquisition and engagement of Braze customers through reseller channels.

Your goal will be to design a scalable reseller and partner marketing program, build efficient marketing processes for resellers, and establish collaborative working relationships with reseller marketing teams to drive pipeline and ACV goals for APAC. As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will deliver, educate, and execute marketing campaigns that increase overall market awareness of the Braze brand in reseller markets, drive adoption of global and regional marketing best-in-class tactics by reseller teams, and grow marketing pipeline and ACV contribution to the overall APAC revenue targets. This is a highly visible position that will interact with many teams and levels of the company.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and establish reseller marketing priorities across core reseller sales and marketing teams
  • Oversee development of Reseller/Regional marketing playbooks and encourage adoption of best practices across reseller teams
  • Establish marketing reporting and KPIs with resellers
  • Ensure process and feedback loops are strong and consistent across each reseller, suggesting and implementing corrective action as needed
  • Share partner business data (campaign vanity metrics, leads, mqls, pipeline) ensuring integration into reseller led marketing initiatives
  • Coach reseller marketing teams on marketing best practices and strategies from Braze corporate teams
  • Drive marketing guardrails with reseller marketing teams to ensure revenue, profit, and brand guidelines are met
  • Manage reseller marketing budget, invoicing, and forecasting with reseller partners

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor's degree (emphasis in business/marketing or related field)
  • 5+ years of B2B experience -with at least 3 years of channel marketing experience
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
  • Demonstrated knowledge of partner/reseller management and marketing philosophies, tools and processes and proven record of success
  • Multi-channel marketing campaign experience and execution of marketing programs
  • Self-starter and can juggle multiple priorities, and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic and often ambiguous environment
  • An entrepreneurial drive, proven ability to influence others
  • Ability to build strong sustainable business relationships at all levels and functions of the organization and with sales, reseller, and marketing teams
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Strong familiarity with salesforce and project management tools
  • Must be able to travel to reseller markets as well as Braze offices globally
  • Regional experience is a plus.
