It is a very exciting time of growth for our Cloud Services & Applications (CSA) team, and we are currently hiring a Senior Microsoft 365 Consultant to provide technical leadership for our Infrastructure practice. This role can be located anywhere in the United States.

What will my role be?

As a Quisitive Senior Microsoft 365 Consultant you will lead Quisitive M365 customer facing projects.  Key success criteria will be to ensure technical and business requirements for the customer expectations are met, and project teams are kept up to date with progression.  You will work closely with project and technical management staff to ensure quality first delivery and customer-oriented solutions are implemented correctly. 

What’s required?

• 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting infrastructure in the cloud or traditional datacenter solutions
• 3+ years of experience implementing and/or designing cloud-based solutions for Microsoft 365 and Identity foundations
• 2+ years of experience leading and implementing design projects around Microsoft 365 solutions for Identity, Teams, One Drive, and Mail
• 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft 365 security products and modern authentication such as DLP, AIP, or Defender for Office 365
• 2+ years experience working with device management, enrollment, and hybrid solutions in the Microsoft ecosystem
• Demonstrate a customer-oriented mindset to lead projects, define requirements, and remediation efforts from the front of the project
• Familiar with at least one primary technical tool used to perform Microsoft 365 migrations and assessments such as BitTitan, Quest ODM, Sharegate
• Demonstrate experience working with teams to successfully deliver Microsoft 365 projects 
• Good written and verbal communication skills

What would set me apart?

• At least one certification related to Microsoft 365 design or operations for mail and SharePoint related content
• Experience leading datacenter to Microsoft 365 or Tenant to tenant Azure migrations
• Experience designing, leading, and delivering Microsoft 365 solutions and migrations
• Previous consulting experience
