Senior Marketing Manager - Novation
Based: High Wycombe / Hybrid

Salary: To £60000 pa + £5k OTE + excellent benefits
The Senior Marketing Manager knows exactly what our customers need, and owns the representation of our products in the market. They vouch for the customer, own the customer journey end-to-end, and champion that across the business. The Marketing Manager also owns Novations’s marketing strategy, with the goals of maximising conversion, NPS and customer lifetime value. The ideal candidate will have current or recent experience in the MI sector.
The role will ensure product and marketing roadmaps are aligned. They live and breathe our customers’ wants and needs and own our messaging – ensuring our products are always represented in the best possible way.
The Senior Marketing Manager will work to ensure Marketing’s and Product’s expectations – e.g., business cases, forecasts etc – are aligned and justified based on data. They represent the customer, their interests, and their market, and know exactly where our customers are and what they need to hear.
