We are looking for a Senior Marketing Communications Manager to join our Marketing Team and lead our multi-channel, multi-platform marketing communications with our B2B partners and customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to help strengthen the impact of Ohme’s external communications as the business rapidly scales, supporting expansion into new markets and creating an employer brand through engaging internal communications.
Requirements
What we want in your first 6 months at Ohme:
- Work with the Marketing Director to build our B2B2C marketing strategy to increase Ohme’s brand awareness and desirability in the UK and Republic of Ireland as the fastest growing home EV charging provider. Create awareness of Ohme’s smart EV chargers and charging services with B2B target audiences.
- Lead multichannel marketing campaigns and product launches working with specialists across our Marketing and Product Teams to execute your creative ideas across multiplatform and multichannel communications.
- Develop key messaging and storytelling in collaboration with our Product Team. Create communications which make smart EV charging accessible & easy to understand for our partners, retailers & EV drivers.
- Promote Ohme’s smart charging USP, appealing to our different target audiences: Mobility B2B partners, EV drivers, Energy partners, Built Environment and Resellers/Wholesalers/Installers or our EV chargers.
- Support our sales teams to deliver month on month growth in EV chargers by finding and putting into practice marketing strategies to:
- Engage partners and retailers to promote our EV chargers to their customers in existing markets
- Increase new business opportunities and demand generation
- Improve conversion rate across our journeys
- Enter new international markets with impact.
- Create and deliver marketing collateral to support partners in promoting Ohme to their customers in a way that makes Ohme memorable and positively stand out in the complex and cluttered EV charging landscape.
- Work with our CRM Manager to develop and deliver high performing CRM campaigns, nurture programmes and advocacy initiatives to generate positive customer reviews. Support the CRM Manager to run consumer research clinics to understand exactly what existing customers & EV drivers want from Ohme.
- Lead Ohme’s social media strategy working with our Head of PR to create and deliver a highly targeted, impactful and engaging social media strategy.
- Partner with the Head of Design so that all Ohme communications are on brand and reflect our brand strategy in the UK and new markets.
- Create and deliver cost efficient, audience-centric digital marketing plans to support Ohme’s new market entry plans to swiftly raise awareness with our desired target audiences.
- Plan and deliver events to promote Ohme and support our B2B partners at their events.
- Create an employer brand in collaboration with the People Team to engage our employees with our purpose-driven organization and values.
- Collaborate with the Head of PR to create impactful executive presentations and narratives for conferences, panel events and investors.
- Manage internal resource and partner/agency/supplier relationships to deliver marketing activity at pace to a high standard and on budget.
Who you are:
- First and foremost a seasoned marketing professional who is passionate about outcomes, a digital native and comfortable operating in a high-tech, fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Degree or qualification equivalent, preferably in marketing, communication or business-related degree with 6+ years’ experience in a senior marketing role within a B2B2C marketing environment.
- Be a natural storyteller!
- Adept at producing commercially sharp content that drives outcomes and conversions whilst reflecting audience empathy.
- Comfortable with utilising Powerpoint and Figma.
