Team ITG is looking for Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to join the growing Marketing Automation team and lead on our in-house platform, Deployteq. We are looking for someone with significant data and Marketing Automation experience who would like to learn a new platform (Full training will be given) and support the team in delivering best practice solutions for our clients. This is a senior hands-on operational role to work on complex campaigns and triggers and maintain our QC standards.
Responsibilities:
This is a hybrid position, that will involve multiple responsibilities across delivery, quality checking and regular communication with our Technical Consultancy teams.
- Be the first point of contact for our Technical Consultants
- Translating technically complex Marketing Automation briefs into simple to understand pieces of work
- Liaising with Marketing Automation Specialists and Executives to ensure briefs are understood, from a technical and functional perspective
- Supporting Marketing Automation Specialists and Executives through the journey building process
- Troubleshooting and investigating errors in data structures and campaign builds
- Act as a subject matter expert on all things marketing automation and data related to more junior members of the team
Key Skills:
- 5 Years+ Experience in marketing automation with hands on platform experience e.g. Adobe, SFMC, Marketo, Responsys, Emarsys, Braze.
- Significant data literacy and understanding of relation data structures
- Understanding of SQL and HTML
- Understanding of Dynamic content logic e.g. AMPscript, RPL, Twig etc.
- Process and delivery focussed
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to interpret complex requests into non-technical language
- Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to Proactively problem solve
- Happy working in a fast-paced environment - Agency experience a plus but not essential
- Ability to enhance marketing automation solutions to create efficient processes and procedures
- Ability to create documentation and train on new processes
