【Responsibilities】

  • Creating and executing a solid performance marketing strategy & execution plan for our clients ( FMCG )
  • Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels (Mainly Facebook) to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
  • Execute SBmart new user acquisition plan on Paid-media and other potential channels (KOL, TV show and road show etc.)
  • Amend campaign creative designs and In-App landing page optimization depends on the performance of paid-ads
  • Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid media channels
  • Working closely with our Key Account manager to share Paid-ads improvement ideas, feedback & present results with clients ( FMCG )
  • Deliver the Paid-ads proposal and post-opportunity report for our client ( FMCG ) to meet or exceed established critical metrics

【Requirements】

  • You have relevant experience in driving APP install Paid-ads campaign
  • You are familiar with Mobile Data management platform ( Branch or Firebase or AppsFlyer )
  • You have 3+ years of relevant experience in the role of performance marketing.
  • You are familiar with Meta Ads Manager. Google Ads, Line Ads are Plus.
  • You have solid expertise in the campaign and channel analysis and reporting.
  • You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
  • You are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.
  • You are able to use illustrator or photoshop is a plus
  • You are open-minded, curious, and a strong problem solver.
  • Native Chinese language speaker with good written and spoken skills in English
  • A self-starter, independent individual with a roll-up-the-sleeves attitude who can thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment
