About the role
Reporting to Regional Head of HR, you will take a strategically critical role to proactively drive, implement, and strengthen impactful and meaningful people agenda that are globally consistent yet locally aligned. You will have an opportunity to shape people-related practices by partnering with a close-knit HR team on a local and regional basis. From workplace experience to cultural transformation, drive and lead programmes that improve employee experience and add to a great place to work.
An ideal candidate is a trusted program management and analytical guru, who would have a deep understanding of how to translate data into insights, and how to bring great ideas into actionable project plans.Moreover, you're a culture value creator who always manages to balance and reconcile competing cultural values, bringing people together towards a common goal – create an effective organization in the overseas markets.

Co-design frameworks, policy and communication standards to create a better, more connected workplace where employees grow and thrive

Skills that you will have:

Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.

Extensive experience in related fields such as: management consulting, data analytics, internal communication, EVPs, organizational culture, change management, etc

Creative and resourceful, with the ability to multi-task, and navigate around ambiguity and change

Impeccable communication (English, Mandarin as a plus) and stakeholder management skills.
