If yes, the Director of Product Management - Anti-Fraud role is for you!

GeoComply is a leading provider of identity products and biometric solutions in the B2B space. We specialize in delivering innovative and secure solutions that help our clients improve their identity and access management, prevent fraud, and protect against cyber threats. We are seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management to drive our product strategy and roadmap for identity products and biometrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the product strategy and roadmap for our anti-fraud product portfolio that aligns with our company's vision, goals, and market demand.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends.
  • Manage a team of product managers and provide coaching, guidance, and mentorship.
  • Establish processes, best practices and policies for the product managers to standardize the work, prioritization and planning of our roadmap.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and launch new products and features.
  • Manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality delivery on time and within budget.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and sales enablement materials for identity products and biometrics.
  • Monitor product performance and conduct regular market and competitive analysis to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on identity fraud, transactional fraud and AI/ML applied to fraud detection, representing our company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
  • Ensure product coherence and alignment across our portfolio.

Who You Are

  • You have 5+ years of experience in product management in the B2B space, with a focus on fraud prevention, fraud detection or anti-fraud management products.
  • You have a proven track record of driving product strategy, roadmap, and launch in complex and dynamic environments.
  • You’re experienced in managing a complex portfolio of identity, risk management or fraud products in a B2B environment.
  • You have a deep understanding of identity and access management, eKYC and related technologies and trends.
  • You have experience managing a team of product managers and fostering a culture of innovation and learning.
  • You are a solutions-focused problem solver who always sees a path forward to success.
  • You are an exceptional communicator and can build relationships with anyone you work with.
  • You are organized and have fantastic attention to detail, aiming higher and higher each day.
  • You always act with integrity and operate with strong moral principles.
  • You have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to support a rapidly growing technology company with multiple moving parts.

Bonus Points

  • You have knowledge of, and concrete experience with AI/ML applied to fraud & risk
  • You have managed a fraud prevention team
  • You are a CFE, CAMS or have other fraud/risk related certifications
  • You have used, deployed and managed enterprise-grade fraud management solutions
  • You are bilingual (English / French)
  • You have a passion for identity, fraud, biometrics
