We have the perfect opportunity for you in Paris! As our IT Support Apprentice, you'll be responsible for installing workstations, diagnosing and intervening on IT issues, and maintaining audiovisual infrastructure for events.
What you will be doing :
- Implement and contribute to IT policies defined by the IT team in partnership with the Cybersec team.
- Provide local support at all levels to users on desktops and IT devices (Laptops, Video conferencing, printing, etc.).
- Prepare, install workstations (hardware and software deployment), and connect them to our network.
- Create new user accounts and manage user groups and IT rights.
- Be responsible for new arrivals/departures and on/offboarding.
- Take ownership and responsibility for the physical infrastructure of our Bordeaux office.
Regarding maintenance you will :
- Answer questions from employees regarding applications and operating systems: Windows 10 Pro, MacOS, Linux, printing systems.
- Diagnose and intervene on IT software/hardware issues.
- Be the point of contact with manufacturer/publisher support in the event of an incident.
- Be proactive and don’t be afraid to ask questions that could lead to making improvements in our processes or workflow.
- Maintain videoconferencing systems, printers, TVs, and dedicated audiovisual infrastructure for events.
- Participate in reorganizations (moving workstations, new offices, etc.).
What you will bring to the team :
- Previous experience in the same context will be a plus.
- Curious-minded and constantly keeping up with technological advancements with a desire to develop technical skills.
- Rigorous, methodical, organized and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
- Responsive and available to guide users with technical issues following our documentation.
- Comfortable with speaking English; we have a very multicultural environment.
