Now we’re looking for Senior HR Generalist to bring your talent to Noventiq Thailand. You’ll be a part of our Global HR team.
Role Summary
As a Senior HR Generalist, you will be a part of international HR team and responsible for Recruitment in APAC ( 8 countries) and aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units (for Philippines only).
Line report: APAC Talent Acquisition Manager and HR Manager
What you’ll do:
Talent Acquisition – The whole APAC (70%)
- Work with Managers and Leadership team to develop requisition details (job description, ideal candidate profiles, screening questions, and post both internal and external job postings).
- Effectively source and engage with talent through networking efforts to build talent pipelines and effectively fill open positions across APAC region (Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, Malaysia, Thailand and the Philippines).
- Schedule interviews for candidates, onsite behavioral interviews, executing online talent profile assessments and scheduling candidate debrief with interview teams.
- Market opportunities through external job boards, team member referrals, targeted, social media, and networking platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Perform reference checks and request background investigations on applicants
- Proactively communicate with managers to provide analytical status update on recruiting initiatives
- Represent the company at career fairs, company open houses, and community networking events, as needed
- Manager Junior members and interns with a clear strategy and growth mindset
- Assist in the internship program by participating in college career fairs, collaborating with relevant colleges, and following up with students to keep track of the status.
HRBP – Overall (Thailand only) (30%)
- Be an HR lead & partner with multiple senior executives and their teams.
- Drive implementation of tactical day to day HR processes across business operation.
- Develop/review talent Management for critical leadership positions.
- Promote HR initiatives across the teams: coordinate with regional and HQ teams in the development and implementation of initiatives / communications / events with a focus on improving employee engagement, experience, performance & retention.
- Partner with business leaders on organization design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management to support a high – grow business.
- Be responsible for payroll process responsible (through payroll vendor)
- Planning, control and monitoring all Personnel cost to align with the budget
Others:
- All other request relevant to HR from Line manager.
About you:
- Thailand nationality only, CV with photo is recommended
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Management or relevant major, Master’s degree is a plus
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices; being keen on learning and researching on the matters
- 5 + years of experiences working as a HRBP, experienced in hiring process, preferred in multinational company or in IT Industry
- Experience using and managing LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tacking Systems (ATS)
- High level of verbal and written English skills is a must
