As the Senior HR Executive, you will play a key role in building the world-class employee experience, supporting the HR operations function of the team including HRIS, and dashboards, as well as supporting the local HR team in HR initiatives that are centered around employee experience and employee engagement, and to improve current HR processes.
As the ideal candidate, you are the subject expert on reports, HRIS, and performance management systems to our colleagues, and the local HR Team by providing appropriate solutions when needed. You will support the local onboarding process and immigration processing where needed. You are responsible for the HR administration. We are looking for talent who has at least3 years of relevant experience as HR generalist or operational HR role.
