Swoops is looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager who brings a data-driven approach to scaling growth across omnichannel touchpoints. The ideal candidate has worked for D2C companies and has scaled their user base while keeping revenue goals in mind.
- Create marketing launch plans and participate in the go-to-market strategy to support and scale product adoption.
- Create segmentation strategies that increase NFT and crypto addressable audiences.
- Develop messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Work closely with UX on testing customer flows based on segments.
- Manage the development of marketing deliverables with internal and external creative and production teams.
- Create best practices for driving new users at various stages of a product’s life (beta, launch, general release, new season, etc).
- Aggressively look for new opportunities and edges to drive more users to Swoops’ products.
Requirements
- Have 5+ years experience in growth marketing.
- Have owned growth marketing channels and driven demonstrable results, owning and achieving core growth KPIs.
- Understand the NFT and crypto worlds.
- Are a sports fan, particularly a basketball fan.
- Understand marketing funnels and know how to optimize and drive each stage.
- Are self-sufficient and have a good sense for design, copy, and behavioral psychology.
- Are a great communicator with experience conveying ideas to end users and engineering teams alike.
- Are comfortable developing marketing strategies using both quantitative and qualitative insights.
- Have strong personal organization and project management abilities.
