About the Role:
As a founding member of the new Growth team at Veho, you will play an integral role in laying the growth strategy and foundation for the company. This is an ideal role for you if you enjoy transitioning between strategy and execution and are excited about building a high performing team in a fast paced startup environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for our growth marketing, Account Based Marketing, Partner Marketing, marketing automation, online demand generation strategy and execution. This includes ownership of paid media, SEO, email marketing, affiliate marketing, funnel optimization, content marketing and more.
Internally, you will work with the Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Operations teams and externally with our agencies, to generate B2B demand and to ultimately drive Veho’s growth. This role will report directly to the VP Growth.
Responsibilities Include:
- Media buying and funnel optimization - partnering with our agency and BDR to optimize and scale our Inbound channel, including media buying, landing page optimization, Lead form optimization and qualification processes.
- Account Based Marketing - partnering with BDR and sales to improve the quality and level of personalization, as well as the overall scale of our outbound prospecting activities, focusing on top tier enterprise accounts.
- Growth content and messaging - partner closely with BDR, sales and marketing to develop, measure and iterate on messages and content that are optimized towards creating new opportunities for sales. Develop content with SEO in mind and owning distribution, measurement and optimization.
- Sales Enablement - developing and iterating on sales enablement materials for conferences, webinars and client meetings.
- Partner marketing - partnering with our business development team to develop our co-marketing activities with partners, building toolkits and measuring results.
- Refining Veho’s messaging, value propositions, creatives, content, and collateral to increase penetration with target accounts and generate pipeline/opportunities for sales.
- Developing, executing, and continuously testing and optimizing compelling, high-impact campaigns and Account Based Marketing programs across channels (website, email, social media, search, content partnerships, etc.)
- Ideating, developing and optimizing the growth->sale funnel for inbound leads by creating compelling online experiences using website, Content, ROI Calculator and other conversion optimization strategies.
- Measuring, analyzing and reporting on results to enable continuous optimization and alignment between teams. Working closely with the BDR and sales teams to continuously improve funnel conversion rates from lead to MQL, SQL, Opportunity, and new clients.
- Defining and executing Marketing automation strategies, targeting different personas and different stages in the sales funnel
- Over time - building the performance marketing team and managing performance marketing agencies and partners.
What You Bring:
- 6 Years of experience in B2B demand generation and growth marketing, with focus on Enterprise accounts.
- Experience in the last mile delivery / logistics-technology industry is a plus
- Passionate about hands on execution while having the ability to take a step back to see the wider picture
- Thrives in quickly changing ambiguous environments
- Drives operational excellence and great project management skills
- Has a strong Analytical approach and a Growth mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Cross functional and collaborative in nature
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools (Hubspot AmpleMarket, Linkedin, etc…)
The starting salary for this role is $135,900. The actual salary is dependent upon many factors, such as: education, experience, and skills. The pay range is subject to the discretion of the Company.
