The Role:
We’re looking for a savvy all-round B2B marketer to drive growth and help scale our business in Australia and New Zealand. You will work closely with commercial and strategy teammates to accelerate our customer acquisition efforts via a mix of online and offline channels. We’re looking for a resourceful, creative go-getter who is willing to strategize, implement, test and iterate to help us scale our marketing efforts. This is a truly career defining opportunity and you will have ample opportunity to drive major impact with significant autonomy.
You will join the Airwallex Marketing team during a critical period. Following rapid growth, we are building a team that enables both global consistency in process, tooling and methodology and local flexibility and speed in execution. What you'll be doing

Develop a comprehensive B2B Growth Marketing strategy across all channels (incl online and offline) to acquire and retain customers.

Accelerate performance marketing - work with the Global Marketing team to plan and execute online performance campaigns including paid social, display, and SEM.

Manage offline marketing campaigns - Analyse opportunities and partner with Field Marketing on various offline campaigns, including first- and third-party events!

Drive content marketing - partner with Content Marketing to layout and execute a comprehensive content strategy.

Optimise CRM strategy - work with the account management team and Global Marketing team to scale and optimise user communication to prospects and customers.

Performance management - review, discuss, and analyse the current performance of marketing campaigns and iterate based on early findings.

Deliver insights - collaborate commercial teams to surface customer insights that enrich our understanding of our buyer personas and craft a value proposition that resonates with key segments.
What you will bring
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in Growth Marketing (preferably at a high-growth B2B technology company), and familiarity with both online and offline channels.
- A track record of running integrated campaigns that acquire and engage new customers.
- Experience across a variety of channels, from SEM, SEO, and Lifecycle to events.
- A customer-first approach that allows you to tailor campaigns and communications to specific audience segments and profiles.
- The ability to dive into data to generate insights, while also knowing how to uplevel - you don’t lose sight of the forest for the trees.
- Hunger and passion that drive you to find creative solutions to solve problems and deliver results.
- Familiarity with digesting, synthesising and communicating complex information in an easy-to-understand way - whether internally or to potential customers
- A strong customer obsession that makes you really care about customer needs and adjusting our value props accordingly.
- Mastery of strategy accompanied with an eagerness to go deep on campaign performance and execution.
