About the Role

As Growth Marketing Analyst, you will support the Growth Marketing function at Nextbite, driving and maintaining reporting needs, as well as developing and executing growth marketing strategies in a fast-paced, growth environment. This role needs a detail-oriented, analytical, strategic, and creative thinker, and will be analyzing data and providing guidance with actionable insights to help optimize campaigns and media budgets. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate growth marketer to have ownership in driving big impact and be at the forefront of the delivery-only restaurant revolution.  Reporting to the Associate Director, Growth, you will help to  plan, implement, manage, and report across channels to reach customer acquisition goals while driving brand awareness. 

This is a remote role in the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, MA, MI, MN, NM, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI

The impact you will have in your first 90 days:

  • What you will learn: Assist in ensuring that we are reaching audiences at the right time, through the right channel, with the right message across a portfolio of brands
  • What you will own: Analyze data and present simple insights from complex data for marketing leadership with actionable insights to help optimize campaigns and media budgetsHelp determine measurable KPI metrics, build custom reports, and collaborate with different team members
  • What projects/tasks will you start/accomplish: Expand on channel best practices, identify optimization opportunities using data, and architect progressive test plans. Continue to develop full-lifecycle marketing strategy from awareness to retention, determining KPIs, establishing reporting, and managing channel performance and measurement

Additional role responsibilities:

  • Execute and optimize customer acquisition and retention campaigns on digital channels, including but not limited to SEM, SEO, social, display, and direct mail
  • Closely monitor campaign performance across all channels, deriving insights to further improve performance and deliver on KPI targets
  • Support budgets and campaigns across all performance marketing channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
  • Work with external agencies to help shape strategy to achieve acquisition/retention goals and ROAS targets
  • Impact success by assisting in the future buildout of a Growth Marketing team

What you bring to the role:

  • 5+ years’ of experience in online marketing and/or digital analytics
  • Strong ability in analyzing marketing channel performance, evaluating marketing KPIs, demand forecast modeling, and financial budgeting
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or Analytical field preferred
  • Experience with campaigns across multiple platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, Snap, TikTok, YouTube, Google, Google Analytics, etc.) and experience with offline (e.g. Podcast, audio, video) channels
  • Experience designing and implementing A/B and multivariate tests
  • An inquisitive nature with a proven track record of turning data and information into actionable insights
  • A startup attitude and can work well under pressure and adapt quickly to changing environments
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented with ability to comfortably handle multiple ongoing programs with varying priorities, deliverables, and deadlines
  • Effective relationship-building skills with agility to get work done cross-functionally
