We are looking for a dynamic, experienced and data-driven digital growth marketer to join Stuart to head up our B2B lead generation efforts. You will lead a team within the Global Marketing function responsible for developing Stuart’s lead generation machine, generating new business leads by creating scalable approaches to optimise the acquisition of high quality leads.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially-minded and result-driven marketeer able to balance local business inputs, with a proven ability to develop and implement processes at scale. Located in our Paris or London office, you will lead a team working across paid, inbound and outbound marketing to define and exceed local lead requirements helping Stuart ensure that it continues to deliver on its ambitious growth plans. 

What will I be doing? 🤔

  • Leading the B2B lead acquisition team, you will be responsible for three major KPIs; i) Cost/acquired lead - ensuring that you continually test and learn to optimise lead acquisition costs, as well as leverage lifecycle marketing to re-engage attrited leads, ii) Number of MQLs - ensuring the levers employed deliver quality leads at scale and iii) Spend - ensuring that your spend is managed to budget. Key focuses will be:
  • Identifying the key levers required to cost-effectively accelerate our lead generation activities, leveraging a diverse toolkit of marketing tactics to maximise demand/pipeline generation
  • Supporting the website and SEO strategy for lead acquisition, creating a clear strategy for inbound lead acquisition and a seamless experience for both self-service onboarding, as well as sales referrals for interested leads
  • Working closely with content production teams to find effective means to scale content to acquire new business interest
  • Working with local commercial leadership to support and challenge their lead acquisition needs and bringing a strong analytical mindset to create clear reporting processes to measure and track both performance, as well as the ROI of marketing activities
  • Leading the acquisition, retention and re-onboarding of small/independent clients
  • Owning the lead generation marketing budget and optimising resource allocation to lower cost of lead acquisition

What do we need from you? 😎

  • Commercially oriented B2B marketing leader, with proven experience of setting up scalable lead generation processes
  • Proven ability to drive accountability through creation of scalable marketing mechanisms delivering a track record of hitting and overachieving marketing KPI targets 
  • Functional: 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably technology and SaaS, including ownership digital acquisition
  • Experience in team management is required
  • Track record of successful demand generation and measurement, supporting consistent success and effective use of budget
  • Experience in managing a diverse group of stakeholders and ability to form close working relationships with local stakeholders
  • Highly self-motivated, organised and with proven project management skills
  • An agile and experimental test and learn approach
  • c20-30% travel in role expected
