Wrike FP&A is looking for a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to support our Sales organization. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with experience in FP&A, understands SAAS business, pays attention to details, demonstrates sharp business acumen, excellent at juggling competing priorities, and collaborates well with partners.

More about Your team:

You will work closely with all sales teams to forecast and analyze full P&L from bookings, to ARR, to revenue and spend.  

How You’ll make an impact:

• Analyze weekly bookings forecast and partner with sales & marketing leaders to optimize the top line performance
• Own the ARR model and perform monthly update to the model with latest bookings and churn forecast
• Utilize financial systems such as Adaptive to track, manage, and report spend forecasts
• Work closely with sales leaders and HR to track headcount including to-be-hired activity and quantify resulting budget impacts
• Collaborate with accounting team on monthly close activities such as 
• Lead special projects and process improvement initiatives, including creating new models and finessing current processes
• Assist with tracking and reporting KPI results, such as billings and subscription growth performances to keep pulse on the business
• Support the sales team leaders through ad hoc analysis to enable strategic decisions

You will achieve your best if you have:

• BA/BS in Finance or Accounting preferred, MBA encouraged
• Minimum 3 years FP&A (finance planning and analysis) experience. 
• Experience with SAAS industry required.  Public Accounting experience is a plus
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, analyzing, and managing spend
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent teamwork, including the ability to interact with all organizational groups and levels
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Experience with Adaptive, Google Workspace and NetSuite is a plus
