Senior Field Marketing Manager - BeNeLux (f/m/d)

• A fast paced scale up environment with the option of working remotely. Ideally you will be based in the Netherlands and able to travel to regional marketing everts (hosted & external).
• You will have the opportunity to market a product that helps and supports people as we strive to achieve our company mission of democratizing coaching for everyone.
• You are working in partnership with key stakeholders at regional, EMEA and global level, to develop CoachHub’s position as market leaders in the L&D space.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will have full accountability and ownership of the delivery of local campaigns designed to exceed revenue goals for your region's Sales teams.
• You will take ownership of marketing campaigns from conception to execution, including localisation of global content. 
• Supporting client marketing initiatives and content creation for the local markets, developing a comprehensive understanding of the B2B HR market in your regions.
• Branded hosted events will be one of your specialist subjects and you will be responsible for continuing the growth we have seen from this activity .

• You are a native Dutch speaker,  multi-channel marketing specialist with proven experience of applying a strategic mix of tactics, consisting of ABM, content marketing, events, lead generation,  PR and more.
• High level communication and senior stakeholder management skills including experience in event / project management.
• You have worked successfully in a marketing position in-house and/or in a Marketing agency for 5+ years.
• You have a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets through lead generation and achieving business objectives from your data-driven marketing campaigns.
• BeNeLux media and B2B Marketing is well-known to you and you enjoy identifying new trends and market opportunities.
• You are great at developing, managing and achieving value from agency relationships.
• Excellent verbal / written communication and presentation skills and have an eye for detail (Dutch & English are essential languages). 
• You value working in a team (both regionally and globally), being proactive and enjoy working independently with a postive entrepreneurial spirit.
• You have a warm & friendly heart and analytical & data driven head.
