About the Role
The Senior Email Marketing Manager will join a dynamic Marketing department and will be responsible for the scheduling, creation, execution, and analysis of all email programs across the customer journey. This position will maintain the email marketing calendar and execute against it as scheduled. In addition, the Email Marketing Manager will work closely with all members of Marketing and teams across the organization to ensure seamless execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and innovate on an integrated lifecycle marketing program to include an email strategy to help nurture and close leads down funnel
  • Lead, develop and implement a calendar-based email strategy – with components that are both parts of larger, integrated campaigns, as well as stand alone programs
  • Lead, develop and implement a nurture program with the objective of  nurturing prospects through to MQL that can be handed to the sales team
  • Manage email lists and deliverability issues
  • Define an always-on testing roadmap (subject line, messaging, images) to continuously optimize program against KPIs
  • Work cross functionally and with marketing team members, on marketing automations, creative and copy iterations, and audience list pulls
  • Manage email marketing calendar

Qualifications

  • 10+ years marketing experience, ideally in the B2B SaaS industry (previous healthcare experience is not required)
  • Expertise with marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred)
  • Proven experience building best in class email nurture programs and solid understanding of email marketing best practices
  • Strong acumen in a/b and incrementally testing
  • Basic to intermediate skills with email HTML preferred
  • Excellent project management skills and demonstrated ability to work successfully on cross-functional teams 
  • Collaborative and team oriented while also able to work independently
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
