In order to do this, we are hiring a Sr. Director of Demand Generation to lead and scale a global team of high performing marketers whose disciplines span ABM, email, paid acquisition, SEO, digital campaigns, global events, regional field marketing programs, customer marketing, and marketing operations. You will be responsible for architecting the demand generation strategy that meets ambitious pipeline targets, and overseeing the execution thereof.

What you will do.

  • Build and manage best-in-class demand generation programs and campaigns, develop and track track targeted metrics reports, and optimize the lead to opportunity funnel and overall effectiveness
  • Overachieve demand generation goals in relation to pipeline creation
  • Orchestrate a team who will meet global pipeline targets with segmented, persona-focused campaigns to Enterprise and Mid- Market prospects that deliver the right message to the right buyer at the right time and on the right channel.
  • Utilize and enhance all demand generation channels including website, SEM, SEO, ABM, email, events, content syndication, events, webinars, and customer marketing
  • Partner closely with the revenue teams to ensure alignment on strategy, resources, and messaging
  • Collaborate with the operations teams on key metrics, including marketing performance measurement, budgeting, strategic and pipeline planning, process definition, and marketing systems and data

We would love it if you have.

  • 8+ years experience supporting and driving demand generation for a B2B SaaS company, preferably in $15M to $100M ARR range
  • Experience with Enterprise and mid-market demand generation (and buying cycles and personas)
  • Proven experience building and scaling B2B integrated marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions, and owning pipeline contributions. 
  • Experience collaborating with a feedback loop with SDRs, Sales, Product Marketing and Executives to ensure campaigns land successfully both internally and externally.
  • Proven people manager/leader; inspire, lead and coach a team of marketing professionals to drive the integrated marketing plans
  • Experience with the startup tech stack including SFDC, Marketo, Google Analytics, Wordpress and analytics tools such as Clari or Tableau
  • Fluency in demand generation metrics and approaches to test and optimize them
  • Ability to synthesize business objectives, create a well-aligned Integrated Campaign strategy and execution plans with clearly defined metrics and KPIs
  • Deep domain expertise across demand generation disciplines, including content marketing, digital marketing, field marketing, marketing technology, and analytics/reporting
  • Strong presentation, problem-solving, and budget management skills
  • MBA a plus
