Join our fast-growing Marketing Team that is on a mission to share the power of Clean Code! We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to help us grow and scale our paid ads & content syndication programs. We are looking for someone who  is organized, has strong attention to detail, and is passionate about advertising to the right people at the right time! 

As a Senior Digital Marketing Manager in the Marketing Team, you will be responsible for strategizing,  managing and executing a variety of paid programs. You will collaborate cross-functionally and across different advertising channels to ensure cohesive and consistent ad experiences. The goal is to have our ads live across as many relevant platforms as possible and continuously keep them optimized and up-to-date with best practices and changes to algorithms and performance.

On a daily basis, you will

  • Own, execute, analyze, and optimize our 3rd party paid media efforts across platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Carbon Ads, Stack Overflow, etc) 
  • Define campaign objectives, target audiences, effective reporting and create marketing assets to execute campaigns
  • Manage vendors and/or agencies to ensure paid programs are turned on, running and optimized
  • Research new and applicable online marketing and advertising technology/platforms, to improve efficiency across campaigns, including staying up to date on current trends and best practices 
  • Work across Demand, Web and PMM squads on content requirements to support campaigns, and ensure content meets the needs to support demand campaign activities
  • Consistently track & measure program performance/pacing to ensure programs are on track to meet defined goals
  • Manage multiple work streams, varying timelines, and a variety of inputs from stakeholders. Communicate campaign results to key stakeholders
  • Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met

The skills you will demonstrate

  • 6+ years in managing Paid Advertising/Digital Marketing programs
  • Experience in marketing B2B technology products is a must (A strong plus if the experience is marketing to Developer/DevOps/SaaS)
  • Highly detailed-oriented work style and analytical mind
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and events running concurrently throughout the year
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, managing time effectively
  • Self-starter and autonomous in driving a task from the idea to the result
  • Ability to adapt communication and presentation to a variety of internal & external audiences The ability to effectively and efficiently A/B test a campaign and report on performance
  • Experience working in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments
  • High level of proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and the advertising platforms of LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit, and/or Qoura preferred

Office location

This position can be based in our offices in Geneva, Switzerland or Austin, TX.
Candidates to be considered must be located near an office or open to relocating prior to starting.
