Radix is looking to hire a Senior Copywriter & Marketing Communication to oversee a small team of copywriters & content marketers (full-time & freelance) to create some of the best marketing campaigns & products in our target markets of North America & Europe.
Your role requires you to:
- Conceive and implement communication strategies, concepts, and guidelines, in various marketing projects and oversee them to completion
- Direct and mentor the internal copywriting team to help them use their talents effectively to execute industry-leading marketing campaigns
- Present campaign ideas & communication strategy to internal and external stakeholders
- Work with brand managers & external agency partners to conceptualize different and effective marketing campaigns
- Implement a research and data-led approach to the communication strategy
- Actively acquire more complex skills, techniques, operating practices, and knowledge in order to progress toward full proficiency in all aspects of communication strategy
- Take end-to-end accountability of all projects Be hands-on with day-to-day team deliverables
Your role is divided into:

Short form copy - 45% : Online ads, social media copy, marketing campaign landing pages, press releases, newsletter, etc
- Create copy aligned to the brief, work with the team or freelancers when suitable, take full accountability of projects end-to-end.

Long form content - 30% : SEO landing pages, blog posts, thought leadership articles, Devise content strategy, manage content pipeline end-to-end, manage freelancers & stakeholders.

Product copy - 15% : Website copy for SaaS products, new launches, etcCreate copy aligned to the brief, work with the team or freelancers when suitable, take full accountability of projects end-to-end.

Communication strategy - 10% : Brand communication, voice & tone, brand archetype, product naming, other brand elements, etc
- Work in collaboration with the creative team to build a cohesive strategy
You must have
- 6 to 8 years of copywriting, content writing & marketing-communication experience with at least 3-4 years of experience managing teams
- Worked in a reputed organization/agency handling digital B2C projects of varying scale & Industries
- Extensive experience with copywriting for products, websites, social media, and influencer marketing
- Extensive experience with creative content strategies
Functional skills that you must possess:
- Best-in-class copywriting skills with a portfolio to back it up
- Eye for detail towards creating a tight structure and flow in copy
- Extraordinary editing skills
- Ability to communicate with clarity without compromising on the brand voice, tone
- Ability to communicate effectively with minimal words
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience doing research using multiple sources
- Identify customers’ needs vis-a-vis gaps in our communication, and recommend solutions
- Ensure all-around consistency (style, verbiage, tone, emotion)
Additional skills that are good to have:
- Experience running projects in international markets, particularly North America
- Experience in go-to-market campaigns
- Understanding of product-led SEO
- Understanding of various online marketing avenues
