Our office is located in Old Street, London's tech hub. Our open-plan space is ideal for collaborative working. When you're not doing what's never been done, you can enjoy a team lunch on our large outdoor terrace, or join a yoga class in our dedicated studio.
THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced and talented Copywriter to write and produce various types of B2B marketing content that engages with our target audience, drives brand awareness, and encourages customer acquisition. This role requires a high level of creativity and communication - you will be able to turn complex and technical concepts into enticing and easily digestible content for our audience.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Work with the FPS Marketing Team to produce all written content for FARFETCH Platform Solutions including social copy, blog articles, case studies, newsletters, website copy, new business pitches and more;
- Be the custodian of the FPS brand by ensuring our tone of voice and brand values emanate through all written content;
- Collaborate with subject matter experts across Sales, Commercial, Product and Client Services to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience;
- Act as the voice of FARFETCH Platform Solutions, cementing our position as a B2B SaaS technology platform and bringing to life our solutions and services in a creative and engaging way.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Experience in copywriting and content writing in the B2B SaaS space-proven understanding of the luxury and e-Commerce industries is a plus;
- Proven experience as a copywriter either in-house, as a freelancer or at an agency (we require work examples to apply for this position);
- You’re a strong collaborator - you’re happy to get stuck into brainstorming sessions and you love to pick apart a brief;
- You write with the customer at the forefront and you have experience creating content that empathises with various personas and audiences;
- You have a technical but creative mindset, no matter how complex the topic may be, you’re able to easily communicate it.
