As a
Senior Buyer Italy (m/f/d) you will be our brand ambassador and responsible for building up our brand/partner portfolio. This position is unlimited.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- represent Westwing as a brand ambassador
- expand existing partnerships and acquire new brands from the premium and design environment, with focus on the furniture category
- manage the offer and contract negotiations up to the closing of framework agreements at the decision-making level
- build and strengthen relationships with existing brand partners to improve collaboration and secure Westwing’s position as the partner of choice
- develop new business potential, permanently negotiate sales terms, and secure access to an attractive product portfolio
- develop creative and strategic digital shopping concepts that create an outstanding brand presence for our partners on the Westwing platform
- work closely with the Category Management and Creative Team with the aim of converting leads into new partners
YOU COME WITH
- completed business studies or comparable training
- 5+ years of professional experience in a similar role
- strong analytical, commercial, negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a “hands-on” attitude and a focus on fast execution
- proven success in acquiring, managing, and increasing sales and earnings of key accounts
- excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey compelling messages and to bring complex B2B contracts to signing
- strongly focused on results and capable of building sustainable partnerships through strong solutions and service character
- high interest and passion for home & lifestyle topics
- native Italian and advanced English levels (verbal and written)
