Senior Business Analyst - CPQ Operations

Rubrik has become the fastest growing enterprise startup in Silicon Valley. We are seeking a passionate and highly driven individual to join our CPQ System & Operations team as our subject matter expert in all things CPQ. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities:

  • Support complex projects related to GTM initiatives, sales productivity, and user experience, and be accountable for CPQ deliverables
  • Manage CPQ system enhancements and projects from start to finish, including requirements analysis, consensus building, testing, documentation, and launch/training
  • Facilitate business process reviews for requirement gathering and documentation, translate business requirements into IT requirements, leveraging best practices and CPQ tool knowledge to deliver the best user experience
  • Provide the highest standards of CPQ systems support and enablement to Field Support, Sales Support, Renewal Operations and Deal Operations teams when it comes to quoting
  • Build effective proofs-of-concept for new solutions and technologies around CPQ that are easy to understand and consumable by non-technical teams
  • Partner closely with the IT team on getting solutions and changes implemented in a timely manner
  • Create, maintain, and deliver training and documentation for all new implementations, ensuring the CPQ system is well adapted by users as new processes are rolled out
  • Be a constant advocate for CPQ user experience

 

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick)
  • 3+ years in a BSA or Operations role, preferably in a hyper-growth environment with SaaS products
  • SFDC administration experience preferred
  • NPI or SKU management experience a plus
  • Excellent communication and situational leadership skills required
  • Strategic thinker who can evaluate things holistically and for the long term, make decisions using a strong blend of technical chops and understanding of sales needs
  • Highly productive with the ability to take meaningful responsibility and initiative for shaping and executing upon our strategy and operations
  • Detail-oriented, able to leverage resources, and get things done on time with quality results
  • High-energy, company-first, positive attitude, passionate and motivated to make a massive impact and work hard in a fast-paced environment

The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US Pay Range
$130,400$195,600 USD
