Job purpose: Generate sales and advise clients, analyze their computer needs and IT consulting services, and offer sufficient sales that benefit to guarantee commercial plans and results driven by Noveniq.

 
Key Areas of Responsibility  

  • Sells and guides clients, advising and detecting their computer needs to adapt offers and ensure achievement of Noventiq's sales objectives, and complying with requests and requirements from consumers/clients; 
  • Maintains contact with organizations and companies to anticipate their needs and/or participate in the bidding processes to ensure continuous business and partnership creations; 
  • Closes sales by applying techniques and methods set by Noventiq to maximize results while operating within the scope of negotiations defined by the company;
  • Analyzes the market and participates actively in marketing actions to contribute to a better computer company position and ensure the target market share;
  • Follows up the commercial and administrative processes that are involved in the billing process and in the delivery of traded products and services to ensure fulfillment of the assumed commitments and their collection according to the defined conditions;
  • Engage Operations Manager on sales operations to document data accuracy;
  • Engage finance to push for payment on credit items;
  • Engage with Sales Excellence on sales values in the CRM system.

Qualifications 

  • At least 3+ years of experience in the same or similar position, preferably in the IT or software industry;
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field;
  • Experience in the bidding process and/or complete sales cycle processes (pre-sales, sales, aftersales);
  • Knowledge of IT and Cloud technology;
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
