Clearwater positions open to candidates located in greater Tampa Bay area.

The SDR Support Specialist is responsible for leading the development of SDR prospect conversations to drive demo conversion rates and facilitate development of new SDRs to be production ready. In addition, support monitoring team reporting and organizing team projects, pilot plans, and team functions.

Responsibilities:

Conduct ongoing coaching of SDR prospect conversations to drive higher demo conversion rates
Monitor SDR calls to identify areas of improvement
Identify areas of improvement for cadence and reply emails
Train new SDR in the entire SDR process including mapping of accounts and contacts, ongoing engagement and demo bookings. In addition, development of prospect conversations for ramp-up and ongoing development for demo conversion rates.
Monitor reporting and confirm accuracy across all team statistics and production reporting by group and product.
Support organizing of SDR projects or pilot plans with required resources and information. In addition, facilitate questionnaires and surveys for pilots.
Handle day-to-day needs and requests for the SDR Director
Organize and coordinate SDR team meetings and functions
Organize stakeholder meetings to bring together all stakeholders involved for particular SDR projects.
Be an expert on prospecting and other key elements that are necessary to be a top SDR
Maintain knowledge of KnowBe4’s operations and all product features and services
Exemplify the values and mission of the Company

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
Experience with coaching
Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
Experience with Salesforce
Experience with managing and organizing information
Experience with managing multiple projects at one time.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Prioritization and time-management skills
Keen attention to detail
Experience/skills with Google Workspace (Gmail and Google Docs)
Experience with web browsers (Chrome)
Experience with Salesforce
