Salesforce Administrator

The Challenge to Solve
Provide constant support to Operations Teams in their daily jobs, maintain stable Salesforce org and build new features and functionalities across multiple Salesforce Products as Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Digital Engagement, Marketing Cloud, etc.

The Role
You will provide technical and business support and be responsible for expanding and optimising the company's current Salesforce organisation. Manage Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups. Build custom reports, dashboards, and workflows. Evaluate new releases of Salesforce to determine functionality requirements and provide detailed information on how changes will apply to all affected departments/users. Integrate with teams to find opportunities for workflow and tool improvement. Work cross functionally with other teams and be familiar with other systems across the company in order to achieve a great echo-system integration.

The Team
You’ll work  with a team of skilled Salesforce Developers and Administrators daily, providing your support to solutions, as well as working on your own exciting projects with teams across the business. You’ll have a high degree of autonomy and the chance to impact and support many areas of the business. You will optimise Salesforce flow and collection for cross-functional teams.
