Summary: 

The SalesForce admin / RevOps Systems & Tools Manager reports to the Director of Revenue Operations. In this capacity, the role cares for the systems, tools, workflows, and processes that drive revenue in the organization - specifically aligned to the Sales, CS, Marketing, and Finance teams. 

Current RevOps tech ecosystem includes Salesforce, Hubspot, Salesloft, Clari, Clari Wingman, and more. All tools are supported by functional Business Leads within RevOps as well, except Salesforce which is fully owned by this team. Note: Salesforce is integrated with Netsuite which is currently managed within our Finance teams. 

What You Will Do:  

  • Consistently review processes within RevOps systems & tools to ensure alignment with Sales, CS, Marketing, and Finance goals - synergy while working to our shared goals is our priority
  • Leverage integrations and automations to streamline and optimize the RevOps tech stack 
  • Ongoing maintenance of current RevOps tech stack solutions
    • Keep up-to-date (workflows, pricing, etc)
    • Troubleshoot errors as they arise
    • Maximize efficiency & ROI
    • Ensure adoption / usage
  • Day-to-day Operations support closely aligned with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success Operations
  • Project Manage system changes, upgrades, and enhancements
  • Source, design, and implement new tech stack solutions to support maximum revenue growth of the organization
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts for the RevOps tech stack

 

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Experience: 

  • 5+ years Salesforce Administration
  • Salesforce Certified
  • Experience with quote-to-cash workflow and ideally experience implementing a CPQ-type project
  • Ability to learn and master new technologies quickly
  • Experience working with other Revenue Operations teams such as Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, CS Operations, Business Intelligence, and Deal Desk
  • Confidently interacts with all levels of the organization, including Executive leaders
  • Truly enjoys solving problems and leaning in to drive resolution
