Sales Representative

In this role, you'll be responsible for generating new business leads, building a new portfolio of deals, qualifying prospects, building strategic relationships, and selling Voice Termination products to the target customers: mid-market enterprises in the assigned territory. 

You should be able to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. We expect you to pave your own road, build a prospect list based on your research across various tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and others. 

You’ll be reporting directly to the Director of Sales. 

This role requires but not limited to the following:

  • Always Be Closing.
  • Identify, strategize, pursue and create new business opportunities in the assigned region.
  • Create an active & healthy pipeline of opportunities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of IDT products & services.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales quota.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership team and peers to determine best sales strategies.
  • Successfully transition converted opportunities to the account management team.
  • Liaise with the marketing team to create effective marketing strategies.

We expect you to have:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of successful B2B sales experience.
  • Previous experience in SaaS, technology, telecommunications sales, or business development.
  • Competitive spirit with a strong desire to succeed, exceed goals, and maximize opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Passion and a self-starter approach, enthusiasm, and zest to build a sales portfolio ground up.
  • Time and work process management skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent MS Office skills and CRM experience are required.
