Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Sales assistant or back office support in international company
- Advanced Business English writing skills
- Understanding of Sales or Business Development processes of an international company
- Good analytical skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- High level of communication skills
- Organisation and time management skills
- Proactive, action-oriented and willing to take initiative
Responsibilities:
- Assisting Business Development Team in Middle East, Africa and Asia
- Providing administrative and organisational support
- Assisting in preparation of proposal presentations/collateral material
- Conducting market research and identifying potential clients
- Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing relationships
