Sales and Marketing Executive- SaaS

Sparta Commodities currently has a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our rapidly growing SaaS business, based remotely in the UK, Switzerland or Spain. This is a great career opportunity for a Marketing Executive with experience in a professional services environment to help manage our CRM and lead management efforts, as well as support our wider sales and marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have experience with HubSpot and a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.

Duties

  • Manage and maintain our CRM system, ensuring all customer and lead information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Manage and maintain CMS system, publishing content and keeping the website up to date.
  • Manage and maintain social channels and advertising initiatives.
  • Develop and implement lead generation and nurturing strategies.
  • Support sales team with sales enablement and marketing materials.
  • Analyse and report on sales and marketing metrics to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Hands on sales and marketing experience in a professional services environment.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
  • Understanding of WordPress CMS.
  • Experience of managing social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Twitter.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyse and report on data to inform strategy.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field.

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of the trading, commodities and oil and gas markets.
  • Experience in event planning and management.
  • Experience managing agency relationships.
