Position Overview
We are looking for a Sales Account Manager /B2B/ to join our team in Oslo, Norway. This person will focus on creating new business (New Logo) as well as cross selling and up selling.

• Individual portfolio growth
• New/cross sales
• Qualified opportunities
• Recurring revenue

Responsibilities

  • Sell D&B portfolio also to new customers
  • Identify and evaluate new opportunities focusing specifically on up sell, cross sell and new solutions on the existing portfolio
  • Maintain and grow core revenue and transition the portfolio to recurring revenue and new product suite
  • Monitor account portfolio for risk, developing risks and mitigation plans to minimize attrition
  • Ensure that the solutions help drive the customers agenda and business forward
  • Manage and communicate progress against monthly targets
  • New and cross sales 

Skills

  • Solid related work experience, preferably in selling, designing and /or delivering successful customer engagements
  • Remote selling experience (phone, teams etc)
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills
  • Build and maintain relationships internally and with customers
  • Excellent listening, presentation and communication skills at all business levels with effective interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and for a group of customers
  • Ability to manage in a rapidly changing environment
  • A sound understanding of customer processes (marketing, compliance and credit) and the relevant customer proposition
