Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 5 or more years of direct system implementation and support in Sage Intacct
• 15 or more Accounting/ERP system implementations in various industries
• Excellent verbal and written communications
• Confidence managing multiple clients and project budgets
• Creative problem-solving skills
• A genuine interest in continually learning
• A commitment to provide the best level of service and client experience
• Work independently but as part of a supportive team
• Can influence strategic client discussions and develop like and trust from our clients

• Professional services, nonprofit, or association industry experience
• Accounting, project management and reporting skills
• Specific accounting knowledge (GL-AP-AR)
• Flow charting capabilities using Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart or Nintex Promapp
• Proficient use of other Microsoft Office tools for documentation, presentation and communication
• Demonstrate thorough and complex understanding of Sage Intacct product and Intacct Marketplace of 3rd-party add-in modules
• Business development experience to keep themselves busy and their team with billable work
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Sage Intacct Implementation Certified
• 5 years minimum experience in consulting/professional services
• Candidates must demonstrate they are eligible to work in the United States
Responsibilities
• Solutions Architect/Manager would show business acumen and is responsible for understanding the breadth and depth of client financial system requirements
• Assess client implementation needs, craft innovative solutions that span different subject matter domains, and implement these plans to exceed the client's expectations
• Participate in multiple engagements, interacting directly with senior level client personnel through implementation
• Must be comfortable with various clients concurrently
• Work on Sage Intacct related projects including new implementations, enhancements, integrations, support, and other special projects
• Gather functional and business requirements from customers and translate into configuration definition/functional requirements documents
• Deliver according to schedules, milestones, and budgets
• Identify requirements that cannot be met with standard Intacct functionality and suggest possible custom solutions
• Determine the feasibility of custom solutions and integrate 3rd-party modules and solutions
• Import historical data and determine best level and approach
• Define user roles and security profiles
• Develop financial and operational reports
• Develop testing plans and scripts for User Acceptance Training (UAT) and conducting end-user training
• Provide post-implementation support
• Institute advanced Data Analytics moving data from Sage Intacct to visualization tools like Power BI
• Building demo environments by Industry
• Participate in pre-sales and business development activities to keep the team productive and meet the business goals
• Ability to influence strategic client discussions and establish a trusted advisor relationship
• Provide leadership and mentoring to team members to ensure adherence to best practices and institute repeatable systems
• The Solution Architect would be expected to attend user/partner conferences for continued education and to stay current on Sage Intacct best practices and certifications
