Technical Trainer
*This position will be remote, but please note that this role will be traveling up to 75% of the time*

We are looking for a Technical Trainer to join the Education Services team! You will develop, maintain, and deliver in-person and remote training, standard and custom, to customers and partners on mission-critical software. You’ll work cross-functionally to prepare customer-specific workflows for training sessions. Your fearless approach to technology means you can readily learn new, complex, multi-layered software and explain it clearly to end users, while providing any needed workarounds.
When you're not traveling and presenting to departments, you'll keep a close eye on product releases and maintain existing training documentation, as well as updating it as new features are released. You’ll spend time learning new features and products as they are developed so you can successfully train customers.

We’re looking for a Technical Trainer with a minimum 3 years of proven work experience as a training facilitator, corporate trainer, or similar, and law enforcement and/or public safety experience is preferred.

We feel passionately about equal pay for equal work, and transparency in compensation is one vehicle to achieve that. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a target base annual salary range of $70,000-$85,000, plus bonus opportunity, company stock options, and a full benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and a 401k with a company match. Please note that the higher end of this range will be reserved for candidates with appropriate experience who reside in high cost of living areas.
