Burros can be described as Disney's Wall-E for agriculture and work outdoors, in a 1.0 format.  They function, today, as computer vision based autonomous ground vehicles for carrying, towing, and scouting, and are designed to lay the base for the fully autonomous future of work outdoors.  We have a growing triple digit fleet deployed in paid commercial use within vineyards, nurseries, berries, and beyond, and demand for our product is accelerating, so we are growing our team. 

Job Description
Robotics Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer at Augean Robotics, Inc. located in Philadelphia, PA. Remote work not permitted. Design, develop, implement, and maintain key infrastructure components (cloud, networking, VPN, security etc.) in a Linux environment. Implement and own tools/systems that aid development (CI/CD, code review, testing etc.). Setup processes for provisioning and maintaining robots (Database and repository management). Manage releases and Optimize code to make it leaner and more effective. Employ knowledge of ROS, keep up with state of the art in DevOps, learn new tools and processes for DevOps. May require infrequent travel to various unanticipated locations for product testing. Requires MS in Mechanical Engineering (Robotics Track) or Computer Science or related plus 36 months experience in DevOps, Electrical/Computer/Mechanical Engineering or related.
