Responsibilities:
- Review production system to ensure job data is complete and reflects correct completion dates, customer rates, etc. and follow up with production team as needed
- Ensure that jobs are billed timely and appropriately marked as billed in the production system
- Follow up with production managers on any issues that are delaying billing to customers
- Ensure all third-party production costs have been captured in the production system
- Confirm that revenue related to co-joined billing projects are correctly tracked and properly reflected across each line of businesses
- Subject matter expert on customer rate cards and business workflows
- Work closely with Corporate Accounting team during month end close to ensure complete and accurate revenue accrual data by business unit, location, and customer
- Maintain and provide job level supporting data (rate cards, PO’s, proof of delivery) in connection with audit requirements
- Confirm and abide by all internal procedures, policies, and regulatory guidance
- Other ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in finance or accounting; MBA+
- 3+ years’ experience in financial planning & analysis
- Proven working experience as a data analyst
- Advance Microsoft Excel skills and ability to work with/analyze large volumes of data
- Ability to work cordially with people of different backgrounds in the organization and independently with little supervision
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage workload, multiple priorities, and competing time demands to meet deadlines
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills who collaborates cross functionally and with individuals from different backgrounds and with different levels of experience
